Concert and Gaelic day cèilidh dance

Cross-Border folk multi-instrumentalists and festival favourites, The Shee, are an exceptional all-female band boasting powerful and emotional vocal

performances and instrumental prowess.

The band’s line-up is accordion, two fiddles, flute, mandolin, electro-harp and features three beautiful voices.

Showcasing the talents of Radio 2 Folk Musician of the year 2017 Rachel Newton on harp and Sting’s go-to clog dancer Amy Thatcher on accordion, the band have a huge range of individual musical influences.

There is an opening set by Sabhal Mòr Ostaig music students.

The concert will be followed by a cèilidh dance by Cammy Cèilidh Band, winners of the Hands Up for Trad Battle of the Bands award 2019.
Tickets are available for the dance only at £5 each after 9.30pm.
