Two popular performance groups, Lorayne McLucas Performing Arts Academy and the Skye and Lochalsh Orchestra, visit Sabhal Mòr Ostaig this month as part of SEALL's continuing Spring Programme.

On Saturday 23 March at 2pm and 7pm Lorayne McLucas' enthusiastic and talented young performers present an Oliver! extravaganza.

Oliver! is one of the most beloved British musicals, vividly bringing to life Dickens' timeless characters with its ever-popular story of the boy who asked for more.

A leading elephant conservationist will be bringing her tour to Skye.

Saba Douglas-Hamilton will be appearing at the Aros Centre on Saturday 20 April 2019 to present her show, A Life With Elephants.

Saba will reveal stories of her life and work in Kenya, where she lives with her husband and three children, as well as sharing her experiences of growing up among elephants and later working with some of the most endangered wildlife on the planet.

Whilst sharing remarkable tales from her childhood in the Great Rift Valley, highlights from her decade as a BBC wildlife presenter, and the adventure of raising her own children in the wild, her underlying message emphasizes the role each of us can play in protecting the natural world.

Renowned artist, Pam Carter, will be holding her annual Skye exhibition from July to September.

The exhibition will be held at Gallery An Talla Dearg in Isle Ornsay.

A private view will be held on Saturday 20 July from 12pm until 2pm and the exhibition will run until 10 September 2019.
